Our team excels at engaging with customers directly on behalf of our clients and takes pride in being the face of their brand within the community. The current demand from our clients to expand our outreach campaigns for them is greater than ever, and we are in need of a Brand Marketing Assistant for our Ventura office immediately.

Position Responsibilities:

Market and sell new products and services

Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns

Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions

Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers

Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean store

Adhere to all company policies, procedures & standards

Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Able to engage and speak to customers

Able to work a flexible schedule

Preferred skills and experience:

Customer service experience in a retail environment

Cashier experience

Reporting to this Person: No direct reports
