Nestlé Professional Solutions (NPS) is looking for a Brand Marketing Associate with experience in product management and a track record of success growing business and improving returns via product portfolio management. This role will develop strategic recommendations based on robust analysis. The Brand Marketing Associate will have responsibility for branded food categories and develop business and marketing objectives, strategy and tactics for the business, Out-of-Home channels and will execute against these plans. They will focus on delivering the category plans with a strong prioritization on end-to-end new product development, commercialization and launch to increase sales and profits. They will manage daily activities relevant to the success of these new categories and brands.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:Identifies and implements initiatives to improve consumer relevance and financial delivery of existing products through cost and portfolio optimization, product performance, packaging, or price-pack architecture.Drives product strategy and commercialization against operating plans and budgets by analyzing product performance vs. expectations and providing meaningful action plans to address variances in performance against the annual plan.Execute day-to-day tactical Product Marketing plans for the brands, including managing the I2L process.Manage external agency partners. Manage and control brands' budgets. Leverage and use key insights to identify new opportunities.Prepares annual business plans and business review and assists in the mid and long-term strategic business planning.Leads regular updates on initiative performance and makes recommendations to optimize. This includes annual & monthly reviews of category performance, weekly Seasonal promotion performance, and ad-hoc analysis supporting relevant brand teams.Provides forecast planning support for Brand, Supply Chain, Commercial Development, and Demand Planning teams.Sustains a high level of relationship management with cross functional partners, including product & project management. Utilize strong strategic and communication skills and ability to assemble and motivate cross-functional teams including product development, R&D, sales, finance, regulatory, manufacturing and supply chain to accomplish aggressive new product plans, influence mix and profitable grow of the overall portfolio. Proven ability for multi-project management.Manage the marketing communication assets of a portfolio including digital shelf asset development, owned website and product web pages, sales tools (brochures, sell sheets, creative assets) and training.Coordinate with Sales and Sales support teams on lead generation process including follow-up, communication with leads, end-to-end ROI.Participates in cross-functional teams in the ideation, creation, and development of new products and product-related marketing opportunities from concept to commercialization.Leads the set-up of new products, including system input, project management, and image development.Qualifications - Summary of Experience:At least 5+ years of progressive experience in product or brand management.3-5+ years of experience influencing cross-functional teams.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly with Sales, Product Development and cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of US military experience required.Up to 30% travel required.Analytical thinker who can confidently present insights-based and financial-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, working both independently and as a collaborator.Understanding of financial planning, product forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management.CPG or Foodservice experience not required but preferred.P&L experience and strong planning skills.Requisition ID: 321114
