Cosmetics will drive the brand's growth and market leadership by crafting disruptive, big-idea campaigns that resonate across all 360° consumer touchpoints. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on developing impactful brand initiatives across digital, social, retail, and emerging channels, ensuring that e.l.f. continues to challenge conventions and exceed expectations. The Brand Marketing Manager will play a critical leadership role, collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Integrated Marketing, and eCommerce teams to bring breakthrough ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities: 360° Brand Marketing & Campaign Development - Develop and execute 360° brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent, innovative messaging across digital, social, retail, and PR channels.
- Drive disruptive campaign ideas from concept to execution, reinforcing e.l.f.'s positioning as a leader in accessible and bold beauty.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating a holistic approach that maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration - Serve as a brand leader within the organization, driving collaboration with Product Development, Creative, Integrated Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive, impactful campaigns.
- Partner with Digital and Retail Marketing teams to execute omnichannel strategies that enhance the brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Foster external partnerships with creative and marketing agencies, to amplify e.l.f.'s message and mission.
Consumer Insights & Market Positioning - Conduct market research and leverage consumer insights to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns.
- Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging channels, translating insights into actionable ideas that drive brand differentiation and relevance.
Campaign Measurement & Budget Management - Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within scope while maximizing impact.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, extracting insights to inform optimizations and strategic adjustments, reporting on ROI and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
