We are hiring a Sales Data Analyst for a well-known fashion accessories company in Dallas, TX.
This is a temp to hire position and will be based in their Dallas office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities: Develop partnerships with sales leaders, in consultation with Business Planning team, to understand their needs and provide insights that generate value for the organization. Generate and present reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making. Evaluate and analyze sales processes, productivity, efficiency, and optimization opportunities. Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing analytical support and insights to drive business growth. Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risks, forecasting, regression analysis, correlation, and probability modeling. Participate in business financial reviews, contributing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Analyze lines of business (products, services etc.)
to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action. Create compelling external and internal PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. Utilize machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics and uncover hidden patterns in data is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2+ years' experience in similar roles. Strong analytical and mathematical skills to provide statistics and metrics. Ability to forecast, analyze and turn data into useful insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Python, R, etc.
). Excel use to create complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas (V-lookups, IF statements, macros, advanced pivot table skillset). Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create necessary reports, build and manipulate queries. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools is a plus Experience with Automation tool is a plus (Power Automate, UiPath, or other).
