Responsibilities
• Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuinely warm and friendly manner• Operate the telephone system and maintain guests' privacy• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and serve food and beverage• Clear and reset tables, assist with providing tables with beverages• Total bills and accept payment, utilize property management systems• Complete opening and closing procedures, inventory and restock supplies• Maintain neat and organized work area, comply with company policies and procedures• Follow safety and security policies and procedures, welcome and accommodate guests with disabilities• Develop positive working relationship and support the team, attend required training and meetings• Perform all other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED Degree, or related training equivalent required• 1+ year of relevant work experience in similar scope and title required• Experience within luxury brand/markets required• Student or graduate of hotel management preferred
