Board Certified/Eligible: Completion of an approved Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship or a Complex General Surgical Oncology fellowship.

License or Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery with Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship or Complex General Surgical Oncology fellowship and eligible for medical licensure in Florida.
