What we're seeking:
The Broadband Grants Manager will be part of a team responsible for all compliance and financial reporting for all awarded grants. This role is responsible for submitting compliance reports required for awarded grant, as well as award contract execution, grant capital budget management, subsidy revenue submissions. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our San Angelo, TX location to complete your work responsibilities.
What you'll do:
Manage the construction timeline of Grant funded projects and ensure that all projects meet the Grant timeline to facilitate timely reimbursements and reporting
Partner with corporate Finance to establish, manage, and track the grant capital budget
Prepare, submit, manage, and track subsidy revenue
Collaborate with state broadband offices and local governments
Review award contract details to ensure they are correct
Manage deviations from any project plan; mediate conflicts by creating viable solutions; identify and incorporate changes that are necessary to the plan; direct project related requests to the appropriate entity for resolution
Facilitate conference calls and meetings with various levels of leadership and multiple work groups

Salary Range: $53,000 to $172,000
