Position Description Title: Brokerage Operations Manager

Job Summary Scarborough Capital Management is an independent wealth management firm located in Annapolis, Maryland that provides active investment management and financial advisory services for approximately 4,000 clients around the country.
We have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager.
Applicant must have experience with RIA billing software and Customer Relationship Manager software PortfolioCenter and AdvisorEngine CRM (Junxure).
Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and staying organized.
Duties and Responsibilities · Run the firms RIA quarterly billing through PortfolioCenter Hosted
· Work with outsourced data integration team on Portfolio Center reconciliation
· Administer and maintain the firms CRM - AdvisorEngine (formerly Junxure)
· Administer and maintain firms imaging database for client files - Redtail
· Assist the firms operations manager in day-to-day process workflow
· Responsible for the firm workflow process between paraplanners – advisors – and other support staff.
· Daily database download and reconciliation
· Onsite liaison to firms IT vendors
· Use database information for mailings and reports
· Run AdHoc reports
· Collaborate with the firm's marketing director to facilitate mailings and campaigns as needed
· Work with the firms Operations Coordinator on day-to-day tasks
· Interface with the firm's compliance department for audit support, data analysis, routine regulatory reporting, etc.
· Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications · 4 Year Degree
· Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities
· Strong communication skills
· Self-starter, takes initiative
· Team player
· Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
Salary and Benefits Pay/benefits are competitive based on industry standards.
