What you'll do
2+ years of experience in residential construction with building homes from start to finishGeneral knowledge of applicable residential building codesProficient in construction scheduling with builder softwareMaintain compliance with company policies and proceduresAdhere to procedures as required by the subcontractor Scopes of Work and Mattamy Quality Standards and take corrective action as necessaryConduct a detailed frame check on each unit prior to drywall, in accordance with Mattamy Policy and Procedures, and follow up to ensure the timely completion of any items notedEnsure all work is being done in a safe manner and enforce safety standardsMust have, or be able to become, 10 hour OSHA certifiedMust have, or be able to become, SWPPP CertifiedExemplify excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with Oversee internal and external customers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and othersWork well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceExhibit computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and construction scheduling software)Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and perform special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
What you bring
