We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Building Automation Project Manager in Boston, MA.

This position is on-site Responsibilities: Building Management System - Gap Analysis:
Conduct site surveys to assess and document the existing BMS components of 10 buildings in the campus and their operational status.
Review current state documentation to evaluate accuracy and ensure completeness.Project Management:
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including schedule creation, resource allocation, risk register management, benefits optimization, and cost estimation.
Prepare an RFP package for the replacement of the BMS across the 10 buildings. Each RFP package will include the following deliverables that must be created using provided standard templates:
Detailed list of existing control panels including technical specificationsObsolescence review, Scope of work, and Compilation of photographsAnnotate floor plan to show equipment and panel locations, IO List, Alarm ListScreenshots of existing BMS/Equipment screens and List of drawingsCompiled, walked down, and verified drawing packages and Existing system riser diagramQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Technology, or any other related discipline.5+ years of experience in process industrial automation in pharma, biotechnology, and/or any GMP environment.Proficiency in EMS and BMS programming and Alarm Management.Project management experience is essential.To Apply:
