RequirementsRequirements - Building Maintenance AssociateHigh school Diploma or equivalentProven experience in commercial building maintenance, preferable in an office or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems.Ability to use hand and power tools, safely and effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Good communication and interpersonal skills.flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is the largest Western Star and Freightliner dealer in New England with eight locations in Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire, focused on providing a superior employee experience.
