The Wingbrace Digital Engineering Team is charged with identifying, developing, and applying new technologies that can address the Government's most challenging software and systems engineering problems.

We are looking for an additional Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

This is an opportunity for Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is highly motivated, innovative, and self-directed.
This position provides challenging opportunities to apply and expand one's Quality Assurance engineering experience, and analytical skills.

This opportunity will be client facing, and collaborative with a lot of growth.
You will present to the highest levels of the division and be asked your opinion.
You will work with an experienced team who will mentor, coach, and share best practices.

Day to day responsibilities
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to leverage and grow your engineering expertise by:
Provides leadership to software quality assurance team.
Selects and utilizes tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.
Evaluates test results against expected results, implements improvements to process and recommends alternative testing as needed.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.
Developing functional/operational test plans.
Drafts, revises, and approves test plans and scripts.
Testing the integration/demonstration of HW/SW (e.g., COTS, GOTS, and GFE) for assessment against the initiatives' technical requirements.
Skills/Education/Certification Required: Have a minimum Secret US DoD clearance.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 2 years of related experience 2+ years of experience with Integration projects or product development or systems engineering Experience with QA automated testing tools.
Five or more years of experience in software development, software testing or similar roles.
Ability to build and perform manual and automated software testing processes.
Ability to conduct test analysis and verify quality requirements.
Familiarity with software testing in relation to specific stages of product development.
Expertise in software testing and A/B testing tools.
Proficiency in computer programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
Experience with software debugging tools.
Experience with integrated development environment (IDE) programs.
Demonstrated proficiency and strength in verbal, written, presentation, and communications skills for developing and delivering technical presentations.
Referenceable project-based experience in a team environment Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment.
