• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.• Handle maintenance issues quickly to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills• High school diploma or equivalent GED• Experience with facilities management software preferred• Driver's license and clean driving record mandatory• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more required
