Experience & Skills:Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of building maintenance.Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic electrical circuitry.Familiarity with tools like saws, paint sprayers, soldering torches, and common hand tools.Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft programs).Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.Your ResponsibilitiesHere's what a typical day might include:
Maintaining building grounds and interiors (painting, repairs, snow removal, grounds keeping, etc.).Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Performing preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.Assisting with fire protection system tasks.Responding to emergency calls, including nights and weekends (on a rotating schedule).What You Can ExpectThis is a physically engaging role, perfect for someone who thrives on staying active and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors. In this role, you will:
Work in various weather conditions.Climb ladders, operate lifts, and handle tools and equipment.Push, pull, and lift materials (up to 80 pounds occasionally).Stand, bend, crawl, and twist to access tight spaces.We'll provide all necessary safety training and equipment to ensure you can perform your work effectively and securely.
