Building Maintenance Technician - Hiring Now

Description: Our Maintenance Technicians are critical to the safe, well-running and attractiveness of our properties. This part time position is assigned to Brookside I and II apartments in Davenport, IA. The position will be about 12-16 hours per week. The position will have on-call responsibilities for emergencies. Primary Responsibilities: Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc. Assist with snow removal as needed Preventative Maintenance Emergency maintenance Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers. Assist outside contractors when services are required Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property Requirements: List Job Qualifications: Education, work experience, licenses and certifications: Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience Licenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
