Responsibilities
• Welcoming, engaging, serving, and thanking customers• Breaking down freight and placing product in inventory• Overseeing the coffee area and maintaining various machines• Performing customer service duties and suggestive selling techniques• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of work area• Performing duties with honesty and integrity• Other assigned or needed duties
Requirements
• Consistently provide friendly, courteous service• Work varied shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Communicate effectively with customers• Read and follow guides, recipes, and product labels• Physically handle and maneuver objects of varying weights• Perform safe and quick movements and operate equipment• Basic math skills• Interpersonal skills• Work with potential hazards• Food Handlers Certification• Must be 16 years of age or older
