Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Additional Information & Specific Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of this role is to support continuous improvements of key CEAM enterprise-level taxonomies, through the coordination of departmental controls execution and related change management activities. Developed communication, facilitation and diplomacy skills are critical for this role, as is an unwavering attention to detail.Specific Responsibilities· Coordinates the execution of specific controls created to ensure ongoing data quality of CEAM enterprise-level taxonomies· Coordinates change management activities accompanying control execution· Prepares materials and provides recurring updates to relevant committees, forums, and workgroups· Supports ongoing, continuous change control improvement efforts, including and especially identifying risks within operational procedures· Partners with colleagues and stakeholders in the execution of CEAM and Business Simplification objectives· Champions Business Simplification; acts as educator and envoy of the Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology· Actively mitigate delivery risks and resolve critical issues and execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously· Mediate stakeholder conflicts and overcome organizational roadblocks.
