BUS DRIVER/TRANSIT OPERATOR
Location: Oshkosh, WI

Salary: Compensation starts at $25.41 per hour. This is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position. Must be able to work flexible schedules involving split shifts, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights and overtime as required.
The City of Oshkosh is searching for a BUS DRIVER/Transit Operator. This position is responsible for operating a public bus according to an established route, adhering to a predetermined schedule in a safe, efficient and courteous manner to allow passengers to board, travel and alight at scheduled stops; also performs light routine maintenance of transit vehicles.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid CDL, Class A, B, C, D with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction and a clean driving record. Additional desirable qualifications include previous experience driving buses or trucks and have a clean driving record for at least one year.
