Position Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Sydney.
This is a developmental role ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in Account Management within the FMCG Industry.
The incumbent will play a key support role within the National Account Team to ensure our customer channel strategies are implemented with excellence.
The role is a key link between the Support Office and Field Team that ensures executional excellence at store level.
Responsibilities:
Managing internal trade spend processes and submittals with customersManaging customer activations (such as off-location activities)Product promotional forecasting and customer forecast collaborationManage promotional evaluation for nominated customersMaintain customer range listsProcess customer requests for images / product samplesRelationship management with relevant retailer contacts in Tier 1 customersCustomer management with allocated Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers support National Account ManagerEnsure account priorities are efficiently communicated to the field teamAssist with product range reviews and ad-hoc presentationsNew product launch planningSupport new business development
What we are looking for:
Degree qualifications preferredExperience within the FMCG or Retail Industry (in roles such as a Territory Manager, Category Analyst or Brand Activation)Numerically savvy / good commercial acumenTeam playerAbility to balance multiple tasks administration support for a National Account Manager as well as customer facing duties managing a specific customer portfolioEager to learn
