We're looking for an Operations Analysis Lead to join the global logistics strategy team. They will be responsible for driving operations strategy through conducting analysis and improving key processes.Responsibilities:- Build and improve the operation analysis framework around the business growth flywheel; formulate and iterate on the metrics for operational efficiency.- Analyze the business's core driving factors and problems, and provide strategy suggestions for operational improvement.- Based on the fulfillment & logstics models of other TikTok regions, evaluate the ROI of different subsidy models, and propose solutions for improving the platform's investment efficiency.- Collaborate with different team teams; track relevant projects; review and analyze their impacts; and provide strategy recommendations. - Develop goals and strategies for exploring the future of the business, and collaborate with the business to carry out the implementation, monitoring, and review.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or above, or more than 5 years of work experience; more than 5 years of global e-commerce logistics industry logistics & supply chain experience- Good communication, cross-team collaboration and project management skills.- Strong learning ability and execution; clear logic.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain, cross border warehousing, international logistics, large e-commerce enterprises or international logistics work experienceTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
