Years of exp required: 5+ Oil & Gas domain experience ERP

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in a relevant position with at software company, or as a business analyst on a company project team for large-scale development project(s) 3+ years of experience with Acumatica, or another ERP solution OR Midmarket Oil and Gas Industry systems Proven ability to learn existing systems in an expeditious manner Hands-on experience, creating /extending products in ERP domains Ability to consistently produce in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor and team member Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks and delivery on-time Fluent written and spoken English (B1+) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders

Desired Skills:

Experience in market and competitor's analysis, road-mapping, features prioritizing Experience in the development of ERPs, Inventory, Distribution, Field Services, CRM, Billing, Backoffice Experience in the development of cloud-based products Experience working on Agile Development Teams Tools: Moqups, Jira / Confluence, SharePoint
