Business Analyst

Hybrid: 2 days week onsite is required.
Job Description: The business analyst role described in the document is focused on gathering and documenting system requirements for various projects under development within the Maryland Judiciary. Specifically, they are looking for the following:

Qualifications Mandatory: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a master's degree in information systems.Preferred: Experience with courts or a legal background, 10 years of experience in IT, familiarity with UML, data modeling, XML, SOAP protocols, and integration tools. Additionally, knowledge of the Odyssey Case Management System is an asset.
