Business Analyst

Superb opportunity for a Mid Level Business Analyst to work on a high profile government project.
This is a full time opening and would require a secret clearance (our client can put you through this process).
Minimum required experience: A minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience as a business analyst.A minimum of 8 (eight) years related experience in the software development field.BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT discipline OR Allowable Substitution: Additional ten (10) years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree. What you'll be doing: This position will provide guidance and support to all technical positions including system architects, developers and database administratorsThis position will be instrumental in gathering requirements and building customer relationships.
Works closely with the Project Manager and Data Architect.Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.Obtain requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or the ability to obtain the certification within 6 months of hire!
