Responsibilities include:
Implement forecasting, financial analysis and business planning processes and toolsets, positioning the company for projected and continuous growth Strong proficiency working with large data sets that can be broken down and used for margin analysis, price analysis, project ROI analysis, and other other analysis to help evaluate the effectiveness of a sale, outreach, new product, etc Own monthly processes to help monitor progress against goals and evaluate budget variances to ensure a clear understanding of factors influencing our positions and key metrics Ensure KPI's are able to be monitored in a dashboard (Domo) or in another summarized/simplified way, and work with other leaders in the business to get their datasets organized in a way to work within the dashboard framework Work closely with accounting and the other departments to drive the process, data collection and reporting across the organization Collaborating with cross-functional managers to lead transformation and growth while ensuring the overall success of data health Working closely with other departments to drive the process, data collection and reporting across the organization Experience supporting major functional areas within an organization with experience in financial analysis, resource management and business metric reporting Experience within/from a start up and or hyper growth organization centered around retail/wholesale, CPG etc. Model transactions to assist with capital raising and M&A Other data/modeling/business analysis/ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications:
B.S/B.A in from an accredited university in a quantitative discipline is required 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the retail, CPG or other closely related industry required Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models, pivot tables, and macros Strong proficiency with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc SQL experience not required, but would be a nice to have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check Must be 21 years of age or older Benefits:
