Senior Business Analyst

Primary Job Focus - this role will require the analyst to help design and manage a large and detailed analysis of several key financial datasets across multiple geographic regions and jurisdictions, leveraging a large array of Subject Matter Experts to obtain the necessary information.
Experience with Cost Accounting and Accounting practices in general is a plus.
In addition, strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial given the complexity of healthcare cost structures.

The ideal candidate will:
Exhibit knowledge and awareness as relates to calculating, assigning, analyzing and monitoring costs associated with healthcare services, including medical procedures, treatments, and patient care. Understand and be comfortable investigating and identifying cost drivers within the healthcare organization. Show ease in collaborating with medical professionals and administrators to determine accurate cost components. Be analytically curious. Feel comfortable with big data discovery and coming up with recommendations based on findings. Have experience with business rule engines (data structures, hierarchies, building and designing). Understand basic SQL queries. Be adept at building plans for validation and impact analysis - and executing on those plans. Comfortable navigating detail and the big picture.
