Job Overview
Specialized Recruiting Group seeks a Business Analyst to work at a local company in SW Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the ERP in the Student Information System.
Identify inefficiencies and find solutions.
Work with vendors, module owners, and staff to manage tickets and report issues.
Troubleshoot and improve application systems.
Test software updates and ensure they meet business needs.
Create reports and analytics dashboards.
Configure ERP tools to automate business processes.
Continuously improve processes and data access.
Define and analyze system problems, design, and test solutions.
Gather requirements, document, analyze, design, and test.
Identify training needs, create materials, and conduct training.
Manage ERP projects and monitor performance.
Requirements:
Associate degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in higher education.
Experience with Student Information System software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders.
Experience with testing efforts and documenting results.
Experience documenting business and system requirements.
