Job Description:The Business Analyst will support a cross-functional project team focused on driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle for features and products improving the overall online experience of residents and business in the Client. The Business Analyst will support the team by performing detailed requirements analysis, processes documentation, and some user acceptance testing in consistent with the goals and objectives of the Client Digital Service. Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:Responsibilities: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users Managing competing resources and priorities Skills & Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field 3 years of business analysis or a related field. 1 year of user-centered design 1 year of user research and analytics 1 year of customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce 1 year of web content management platforms such as Sitecore The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr.
