Business Analyst

Working Experience as BA in Banking and Financial Domain [Wealth Management]. Experience in collaborating with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Must be able to documents data architecture and data modeling solution. Sound knowledge in driving AI automations of either of below functional areas. Confidence working with complex data and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at executive levels of an organization. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. Functional knowledge on finance domain. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Strong experience in working for a wealth management firm designing reference, transactional and market data. Good experience in ER design, Data modeling, Dataflow process. Must be familiar with procedures for data management and data integrity. Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Performing quality assurance. Defining reporting and alerting requirements. Help design, document and maintain system processes. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team. Communicate key insights and findings to product team. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
