Description
The Business Analyst is in charge of the generation, consolidation and analysis of the reports to know the performance of the Virtual Medical Center.
Analytical skills are essential to the success of this position.
The main focus of the Business Analyst is to support the team under the Virtual Medical Center operation, to provide data and information timely and consistently real time.

Perform data processing and feature creation to prepare for each analytics task.Perform exploratory data analysis and visualization to get a better appreciation of the data.Conducts high complexity analysis for a particular business unit/function.Provide assistance in the design and delivery of automated, scalable analytical models to stakeholders.Perform root cause analysis to ensure a quality KPI results.Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Serve as bridge between the Technical Manager and End users to plan and execute User Data Experience.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and findings.Update the KPIs values periodically and create reports based on the analysis of these results.Design and analyze all required metrics and how the clinical and non-clinical staff to improve patient experience satisfaction affects those KPIs.Create strategies to improve KPIs and Scorecards for the business units.Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications Preferred Education: Bachelors in Mathematics, Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Information management or StatisticsMinimum Required Experience: 2 years in relevant or any other job-related vocational courseworkProven analytical skills, including the understanding of general statistics/accounting principlesAdept knowledge of MS Excel and Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience with data visualization and executive presentationsExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate, significant amounts of information in attention to details and accuracyBilingual fluency in English and SpanishBonus: Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages (business objects, others), Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense, QuickSight, data bases (SQL, BI) Programing (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
