We are hiring a Business Analyst to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing: Working closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities. You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers.
