Job Description: Experience:5 - 7 years of Business Analysis experience required MUST HAVE At least 3-5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment 5 - 7 of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementationThe ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues.Proven understanding of end to end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired.Proficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environmentCritical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categories.Ability to function at an elevated level in an exciting Agile work environment.Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process.Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure.Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
