Description:
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Identify and rectify duplicate or inconsistent account entries, ensuring data integrity.
Customize account fields, layouts, and reports to meet specific organizational needs.
- Opportunity Management: Manage opportunity records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Create and implement automation for opportunity stages and workflows to streamline the sales process.
Generate custom opportunity reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Contact Management: Maintain contact records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Establish and manage relationships between contacts and associated accounts and opportunities.
Provide user support and training to Salesforce users on contact-related tasks.
- Data Cleanup and Integrity: Identify and rectify duplicate or inconsistent data entries within accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
Implement data quality best practices to ensure accurate and reliable information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate custom reports and dashboards for accounts, opportunities, and contacts to support data-driven decision-making.
