Summary:
The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business analyst usually reports to a project manager or director.
For this role, Service Operations is looking for an exceptional PM Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to project management practices, team road maps, workflow development, launch criteria, and test plans.
Coordinate communication between numerous internal and external teams, vendors, and partners.
Engage with partner and cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and coordination areas, to deliver features at high quality.
Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently.
Setup, coordinate, and report goals, roadmaps, and strategy.
Ensure the members of their team are able to work at their highest potential and play to their strengths.
Drive continuous improvements and change management.
Implement technologies in production and warehousing shop floors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience leading projects.
Experience with project management tools.
Operations/manufacturing/repair knowledge.
Proactive problem-solving with communication and collaborative skills.
Experience influencing and driving decision-making through fact-based analysis and rationale.
Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience is a plus.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
