Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbility to effectively communicate with both technical and business resources and translate business needs into effective technical specifications.Extensive experience in developing a requirements trace-ability matrix, use-case based requirements, application/process flows, creating mock-ups, creating Visio process maps, wireframes and performing gap analysis.Experience working on Salesforce projects is highly preferred.Salesforce Administrator skills (Preferred).Strong experience in creating accurate functional requirements documents, including user stories, diagrams, process flows, Responsibility Assignment Chart (RACI), and other documents as needed for the project.Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.Review requirements specifications to validate appropriate use of standard templates, and to verify that language is simple, clear, unambiguous, and concise.Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, guidelines, and Power Point presentations.Ability to write technical, business, and plain language documents and/or emails with great attention to detail in all written communications.Lead requirements definitions meetings.Analyze and document requirements for authorizations to determine data entry requirements and mapping to any existing components necessary to capture the data, and other business analysis documentation appropriate to the specifically assigned project needs.Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed.Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications.Works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT and business units (typically leadership for assigned business units) or vendors.Work EnvironmentYou and your manager will work together to determine the appropriate split of in-office and/or remote work.Physical DemandsRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Communicating with others to exchange information.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time, M-F: 9:00AM - 5:00PM ESTWhy Kyra?Founded in 1997, Kyra Solutions is a national leader in transportation technology and regulatory solutions in government.
