Job Description :
Overall 10+ Years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Process Automation(RPA) business systems and Banking experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Banking Business ProcessesKnowledge with optimization of Banking Business ProcessesExperience with automating Business ProcessesExperience as Business Process Consultant is a huge plusAbility to manage multiple or large technology infrastructure functions with a focus on driving complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groupsExperience leading a business requirements process with both technical and business partnersExperience with Agile project methodologiesAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsCandidate should be self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
