We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst & Salesforce (SFDC) Admin at Micron CPG that can help transform systems and processes!
Primary Responsibilities(include, but are not limited to the following)
Analyze existing system functionality and business processes andcontribute tovaluable, cost-effective solutions that will efficiently function to support the stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders toidentify, gather, and formalizebusiness requirements,vettingagainst the scope of the initiative.
Collaborate withrelevant projectteam(s)to resolvethe bestsolution foridentifiedbusinessproblems.
Identify As Is designand mapTo Be operational process flows.
Drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions?to address operational gaps.
Support role of Release Manager/Champion whendesignated.
Compliancemanagement, includingSalesforce Service Cloud users, data, and security.
Build business workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Enable users to get the most out of Salesforceand other relevanttechnology
Implement Salesforce features and functionality to solve a variety of business problemswhilemaintaininga clean environment.
Create, communicate, and coordinateSFDCtest plans and test cases (user acceptance, security, etc.) and perform the role ofTester or Test Manager.
Work withproject andbusiness representativesto ensure the creation oftraining materials (QRCs, procedures, manuals, recordings, instructor-led training, training plans, etc.) tofacilitatethe end users' application of skills and knowledge in the workplace.
Collaborate with business users to gather feedback in the early life support phase of the production release; provide this feedback to the implementation team for follow up and resolution.
Serve as the primary SME and business contactonandmaintainexpert-level knowledge of relevant business practices, processes, and tools.
Acquireandmaintaincertifications and professional qualifications, when requested.
Develop a standard process for communicating changes and release notes for all projectsimpactingcustomers and business users.
Administration and management of contact center survey tool, Qualtrics
Drive innovation and automation
QualificationsandEducation/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years Salesforce Administration experience with SFDC Service Cloud
SFDC Administrator Certification; Advanced Administrator preferred
Experience with an eCommerce and contact center environment is a plus
Other tasksto specified requirements and quality standards, prioritize, meet deadlines, andeffectivelyoperatein a fast-paced work environment
Excellent problem analysisand solving skills
Proven ability with mappingand automatingprocesses
Self-motivated; requires little supervision
