Summary & Role Information
Our mission is to define, implement and evolve IT Service Supplier models that support the rapid growth in Enterprise Cloud Services. Within a team of supplier governance experts, we are looking to grow our team to bring data-driven decision-making to the next level.
The Role
Based on a good understanding of the private cloud service model, you will help in defining, modeling, and measuring critical KPIs for success. The role will typically include these aspects:
Provide insights into supplier performance, trends, and spend forecasts to help data-driven decision making, spend optimization, and governance.Evaluate the value proposition of various ECS supplier spend categories by assessing factors such as strategic spend, cost savings, risk identification, and SLA impact.Develop and maintain models for spend data by supplier, region, category, and other dimensions to enable simulations and cost analysis.Service delivery - Delivery quality, partner performance & stakeholder perception.To be successful in this role, you bring a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise to identify, analyze, and communicate business-critical information to the leadership team.Experience / Role Requirements 4+ years of experience in spend analysis, cost planning, or controlling preferably in Software/IT services industry.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA/CA/CPA/CFA certification is a plus.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spend modeling and forecasting techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Familiarity with financial databases, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms. Experience with SAP ERP, SAP analytics cloud, BW is preferred.About the team / Brand / Line of Business
