Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Supply Chain We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations. Your expertise in advanced Excel techniques will be crucial in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT, supply chain leaders, hardware team, sourcing team, and fulfillment team to analyze and improve supply chain fulfillment processes using advanced Excel skills.Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyze large data sets related to supply chain fulfillment, including order tracking, inventory management, and delivery performance.Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and models to support supply chain forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.Conduct data-driven analysis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain fulfillment function.Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Excel to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain fulfillment operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities using advanced Excel macros and VBA programming.Provide training and support to team members on advanced Excel techniques and tools to enhance their analytical capabilities and improve overall supply chain performance.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to supply chain fulfillment and advanced Excel techniques.Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain fulfillment analytics, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders on data-driven decision making and process improvement initiatives.Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain fulfillment, identifying trends and variances, and recommending corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory).Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and knowledge of macros.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
