Position Responsibilities Monitor warehouse performance metrics around fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Research issues to identify root cause.
Analyze reports and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and review labor planning and volume forecast models.
Work with IT and business users to test process and system changes impacting warehouses / distribution centers.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus. 5+ years in data analytics and management with experience managing process improvement projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
Some travel to Uline's North American locations.
