You will be part of the Business Client Advisory Services Americas Team, reporting directly to our Head of Business Client Advisory Services, Americas. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will be working in a global team, providing excellent client services to our 360T clients. You will be part of a fast moving and growing organization, facing a wide variety of tasks. 360T is a place where pro-activity, ownership and accountability are key. Provide excellent service for new and existing customersSmoothly manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clientsEnsure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platformBuild and maintain relationships with key client contactsConduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)Maintain, document, analyze and improve existing workflows and processes Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups)Participation in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platformClose interaction and cooperation with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT, etc.)Bachelor's degree in finance or a related fieldWorking experience in Client Services / Middle Office / Back Office of a Financial Institution or other FX- or Treasury companyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of insight and accuracy, as well as good organizational and communication skillsAbility to explain technical terms and information about products to a variety of audiences, namely clients and internal teamsSpanish is a plusProficient in MS Office, particularly ExcelWilling to complete the workday at 6pmClear career conceptRobust benefit package, including 401(K) employer matchPaid time off360T Academy A highly motivated and skilled multinational teamA central and modern workplace with high development potential in ManhattanPerformance appraisals on a regular baseThe base salary range for this position is 75,000 - 90,000 USD.
