In fact, LCRA TSC plans to invest over $3 billion on capital projects over the five-year planning period to support the need of the ERCOT and LCRA TSC systems. If you are someone never satisfied with the status quo and continually looking to find creative solutions to solve challenges- we want you to apply.You will be trusted to:- Support general business operations by performing a variety of support activities.- Balance many tasks at once, always giving proper credence to varying priorities.- Complete your work with limited to no oversight.- Successfully train and manage our temporary and contract help with outstanding results.- Serve as a resource to department and other internal staff on various aspects of department operations related to systems, processes and projects.- Assists department in activities such as preparing reports, budgets, and correspondence.- Performs analysis and/or research in support of business operations.- Coordinate with other departments and serve as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental activities.- Monitor and maintain department records such as budgets, work plans, schedules, and projects.- Prepare, type, and process forms such as those needed for office supplies, expense reports, timesheets, Procards, and other department-related forms.- Process accounts payable/receivable ensuring timeliness, accuracy and appropriate backup.- Respond to requests for information concerning department operations and/or refer requests to appropriate staff members.- Maintain information and store and use data through various software programs, spreadsheets and databases.- Coordinate and schedule external and internal meetings, training activities, and seminars, to include the possibility of meal coordination, pick-up, and set-up.- May make travel arrangements for department staff, including transportation and hotel arrangements, as directed.- May act as a primary or back-up timekeeper.- May manage a department or corporate program.This general overview only includes essential functions of the job and does not imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
