Build industry relationships You will build upon the current Prefabricated Solutions Team book of business while forging relationships with clients, architects, construction managers, brokers, and property managers. You will attend client presentations, networking events, and industry functions as a representative of the company.
\n What will you be doing?This position is focused on attracting and retaining new and existing business relationships with clients and other project stakeholders. The successful candidate will:Maintain a broad understanding of the construction industry and have the ability to expand your network, build rapport, and secure meetings with, end-users, architects, designers, project managers, general contractors, and other decision makers.Initiate the sales process and act as an account executive orchestrating and coordinating appropriate application of products and service resources to existing and new customers... in creative ways that highlight the value proposition of prefabricated construction.Work side by side with the prefabricated solutions team industry partners to identify and assess the value of business opportunities (clients and partnerships) and create go-to-market plans and strategies for new sales channels to drive long-term growth.Attend events in the local business community, including events targeted at design, construction, and real estate professionals.Gain expert-level knowledge of prefabricated product offerings and sales tools. Leverage technical/software and marketing resources to generate and communicate solutions for clients at all levels – facilities, IT, and executives - from initial education through final walkthrough.Oversee and support ongoing opportunities and projects as required to ensure their successful execution and completion. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
