We are looking for our first members of our Business Development and Partnership team. You are a highly motivated individual contributor who will work closely with our current and future partners. You are able to identify who to partner with across industries and build and nurture relationships to drive growth. You will work across all of our revenue streams and run towards our largest opportunities. You thrive in a hyper-growth tech company. You are creative in your thinking and tactical in how we identify, build and nurture partnerships to drive growth. You love closing deals.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify, build and nurture key relationships to drive growthDesign and execute deals including collaboration with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, product, and growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with our partnersIdentify new industries and understand who to partner withDevelop and implement pricing strategies across different kinds of partnershipsCollaborate with the product and research team to understand and communicate the product capabilities and requirementsBackgroundYou have 5+ years of business development/partnership experience in a hyper-growth environmentYou have taken a company into a new industry and established them as a key partner to the key playersYou have demonstrated the ability to grow partnerships over time with increasing commitmentsYou are a self-starter who gets the job doneYou have outstanding interpersonal skills and can build great relationshipsYou have the vision and charisma to understand our mission and embed it into our sales effortsYou think outside the box with regards to whom our partners are today and in the futureYou have a sense of humorCompensationThe pay range for this position in California is $160,000 - $220,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. We also offer competitive equity packages in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan. $160,000 - $220,000 a year
