Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in San Diego, California. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize growth- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development initiatives- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards goals- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
