Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Capital One Financial in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential business opportunities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies- Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company and its services- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners- Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
