Job Description: Business Development Associate This position is commission based! Looking for hungry TRUE sales individuals. Job Summary: Are you a Commercial-Focused, Business Development Associate who enjoys developing long-term relationships with your clients?
Our highly trained staff specializes in repair of property damaged by fire, water, smoke, mold, storm damage, or biohazard conditions.
In one of the most exciting roles in our company, the Business Development Associate will build relationships with a broad variety of customers and become their preferred provider when disaster strikes. In this role, you will develop relationships with a variety of vertical markets such as property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, municipalities, medical facilities, churches, schools, and multi-family real estate.
Responsibilities and Duties Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence throughout targeted areasActively participate in key local industry groups and associations weeklyIdentifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunitiesAttend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as neededProvide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings with Centers of Influence to encourage referralsSupport and create promotional programs for your individual market and help assist on closing sales and generating sale leadsIncrease sales revenue by consistently generating leads and fostering growth with existing clientsComplete Priority Plus Plan profiles and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation Qualifications and Skills Must be organized, self-motivated, hard-working, with strong communication skillsExperience in Sales and Marketing 1 year minimum requiredHunter-Farmer mindset with ability to grow and maintain business relationshipsMust be outgoing and have experience making contacts at networking events, conventions, and other local industry related eventsIf you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in this work environmentExperience with ZoHo Sales CRM is a plus!Spanish bi-lingual is a HUGE PLUS! Salary: OTE can be any where from $55,000 to $150,000. Open to a wash commission structure.
