The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing divisions. Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The AD&S Growth Team is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. In order to meet current and future client needs, the team must deeply understand the users pain points, how current solutions fail to address existing gaps, and how Anduril products can deliver more effective mission outcomes. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. We're looking for someone to help us build out the team to grow into Anduril's largest division over the next few years.

What You'll Do

As part of the AD&S Growth team you will support our Group 5 Air Vehicle, Mission Autonomy, and Missiles Business Lines through various internal and external activities to implement strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities, grow division, and bring in business.

Coordinate activities across the AD&S Division and facilitate internal communications, including shaping and preparing customer outreach and engagements.

Analyze & understand existing and prospective customer base to inform capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and aid in technology development plans

Partner across Anduril organizations to include Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering, Government Relations, Program Management, Proposal, Finance, and Business Operations to successfully support and update on division captures

Actively contribute to the Division's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, in addition to maintaining and manage an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of potential opportunities and progress

Represent Anduril to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public--you'll be responsible for conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next-generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so

Required Qualifications

Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Ability to travel 25 – 75% required.

U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing Secret/TS U.S. Security Clearance is a plus.
