Job Summary:Land Rover of Shreveport is seeking a Business Development Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing dealership. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of business strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. The role will also involve managing the front desk, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a base hourly pay plus commission in the auto industry.Compensation & Benefits:The Business Development Coordinator/Receptionist will receive a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $18, paid semimonthly. In addition, they will have the opportunity to earn commission based on their performance. This position also offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Assist with developing and implementing business strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through effective communication and follow-upAct as the first point of contact for all dealership visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate departmentManage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff memberCoordinate and schedule appointments for sales and service departmentsResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk areaSupport all departments with various administrative tasks as neededMonitor and track customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvementAssist with planning and executing dealership events and promotionsStay updated on industry trends and changes to provide valuable insights to the teamRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredPrevious experience in business development, sales, or customer service preferably in the auto industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsEEOC Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity in the workplace.
