Dealer Channel Manager

has been helping homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors create inspired interiors and exteriors with its hand-curated selection of stone slabs and tile.

We are searching for a full-time, high-energy individual who will work with our Dealer Channel and help grow the Dealer program we already have set up at Da Vinci Marble.

At Da Vinci, we have always prioritized relationships over revenue with the knowledge that focusing on delighted customers is the only sustainable path to sales growth. The Dealer Channel role is vital to building and strengthening our community of customers and dealers. Unlike many outside sales roles, there is no commission associated with this position because we feel strongly about prioritizing relationships over sales across both A&D and dealers. We believe it's not all business; you will make life-long friendships here.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who juggles multiple priorities with the goal of continuously improving customers affinity. They will be detail-oriented and organized, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and have passion for award-winning design.

Da Vinci Marble is looking for someone to carry out the following specific responsibilities:

DEALER CHANNEL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Da Vinci's vibrant third-party channel network; travel for in-person quarterly visits in the Bay Area and Western United States
Provide timely responses to product, pricing, availability inquiries and work closely with Inside Sales rep assigned to work with dealers
Educate dealer accounts on product knowledge and suitable applications
Manage yearly pricing updates and circulation of materials
Select Da Vinci dealer product offerings - add or remove products as deemed appropriate (referred to as "The Da Vinci Tuscany Collection")
Ensure product samples and towers are provided to key dealers
Work closely with Purchasing team to ensure timely fulfillment of deliveries
Selectively expand network to include capable, new dealers

REQUIRED

2+ years experience ideally in stone and tile or a closely related industry
Travel required to educate our clients face to face on dealer offering
PREFERRED

Stone and tile product knowledge
Familiarity with kitchen and bath design
BA or BS degree or certificate in interior design (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with CRM systems
