About the Role The Company is seeking a Business Development Director to spearhead the establishment and growth of sales for both in-house coffee capsule brands and private-label solutions in the US market.
The successful candidate will be the first and only US-based representative, with a primary focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers.
This role is pivotal in driving the introduction of new K-Cup lines and expanding the company's market presence.
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the coffee industry, particularly in selling K-Cup private labels.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, leading the promotion of new product lines, and collaborating with the European headquarters on marketing and sales initiatives.
Applicants for the Business Development Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the coffee industry, with a specific focus on K-Cup private labels.
The role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of the coffee capsule market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, and a passion for coffee and a commitment to sustainable, innovative products is essential.
The candidate will be expected to represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings, and must be willing to travel as needed.
